Shandong Jiuxin Tools Of Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Group Company. We have 2 wrench mills, 1 socket mill and an export company.
Our Spanner Mill is one of the biggest mills in Asia, having 2100 workers. We have full ranges of products, including ring spanners, double open end spanners, combination spanners and adjustable wrenches.
Our newly opened Item CR-V and Cold Stamped spanner is very popular in Europe and America.
Our Socket Mill is one of the earliest socket mills in China. Now we have 1/2", 3/4" and 1" Series of products.
We are an appointed factory exporting tools in Shandong Province and are also a factory of the President of Association of Shandong Hardware, Mechanical and Electrical Chamber of Commerce and Vice-Chairman of an executive council of Hardware Production Association of China. We are one of the strongest manufacturers of tools in China. We have been entitled as A-Grade Taxed Unit. Now there are more than 2,800 employees working in our factory, including 210 technicians. Our fixed assets are 150 million Yuan. Our company covers 4,000,000 square meters.
The leading products of our factory are Double-Open-End Spanners. We have a yearly production capability of 35 million sets. Our main products are double off-set ring spanners, combination spanners, adjustable wrenches, socket wrenches, American type heavy-duty pipe wrenches and Bolt cutters. At the same time, we invest more than RMB20,000,000 in establishing a nail production assembly line which can produce 10,000 tons of nails per year. Our Jiuxin Machinery Hardware Area has already been established.
Since 2000, Double-Open-End Spanners have been named as famous products of Shandong Province. Since 2001, our brand has been named as famous brand of Shandong Industrial and Commercial Office. Our double open end spanners were awarded "The Free Inspection Products" by Shandong Quality and Technology Supervision Office in 2002. We attained ISO9002 certification in 1999. We also got many other certifications in 2003, like ISO14001 environment management system certification, ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and German TUV/GS certification. Our company has already implemented 5S and TPM management systems since 2004.
